OOur chef, Miloš Jovanović, is one of the best chefs of Europe, numerous culinary prizes and awards winner and president of Association of Serbian chefs. He is preparing an abundance of national and international specialties for our guests that have a unique mark distinctive for our restaurant.
He started his career in the early nineties, and when he became the youngest main chef in Belgrade at only 21, it was clear that he has an extraordinary talent. Miloš got his vast culinary experience as a chef at top restaurants at Italy, Cyprus and Spain.
2009 was a turning point in Miloš’s career, when he was named the fifth most creative chef in the world and third in Europe. What Miloš is especially famous for is his tendency to choose the ingredients of the highest quality, as well as incredible creativity while serving the food. Miloš often likes to say that ‘’ the plate should wink to the customer and invite him to eat all that is on it’’. And based on this sentence, we are sure that our guests will leave Mali Vrabac restaurant happy and filled with positive impressions.
